Frailty
Frailty in Strength/ Strength in Weakness. It's just one of those paradoxes of modern life (and ancient life, to be sure). The strong are often despised while the weak are often loved. The Holy Person, however, is anomalous to this maxim. Nietzsche, the patron saint of Cafe Intellect, said something to this effect: The Saint, weak of body and humble of demeanor, fills the Monarch with awe and reverence. The mortification of the flesh and renunciation of all worldly diversions is something alien to the Prince, who, in spite of all his earthly power, is truly frail. Exquisite, Isn't it?
