Intellect's Mass: Thirteen Lines

Spiritual Aliment comes to us,
It is plentiful.
We romance the dancing idea.
We are ensnared by its multifold graces.
Tortured, tempted.

We are allured and lured.
The Thrall am I,
The Captives, we.
Thus captured by Her furtive and powerful wiles.
At once loving and mocking, her smiles.

Taste of Her.
Drink of Her.
Sustenance real and ideal.

Tell I will, O patron of Cafe Intellect. As it is written "man cannot live on bread alone". This is the significance of Spiritual Aliment. As it is also written, "The Thrall am I", for the twig of ideas has been limed, and I am held fast.
The cult of the Mind worships the blossoming and beautiful idea, which is of a vast and wonderful genus.

Time runs short and I am called away,

Felicitations

Greetings, I have been away for the past couple of weeks on a brief respite in a "Monastary of the Mind"

"Dot and Deb", I am sorry to have caused you such ire. I disdain the thesaurus. Though I can tell you've a bit of animosity and a bit of the "hater" in your respective Auras, I do enjoy your postings.

Love IL

And, as I have said, "nietche" [sic] is the patron saint of Cafe Intellect.
