The sub-underground - Part One

There is a disconnect between the commercialized "underground" and the underground. The true underground can be found in the tiny cracks underneath the sewer which is the mainstream "underground". The ostensible underground, in which every 21 year old with "any hipster" pretensions delights, is nought but a corporate product with artificially contained popularity. It is much like planned obsolescence in the consumer-products industry.
